By booking through BedSeo, you agree to the terms set by the property or host. Prices shown include all taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Confirmation emails contain your booking reference and property details.
Cancellations
Each property sets its own cancellation policy. You'll see the full policy before confirming your booking. Non-refundable rates are clearly labeled. Cancellations must be made before the deadline specified in your confirmation.

BedSeo acts as a booking platform connecting guests with properties. We're not liable for property conditions, service quality, or disputes between you and the property owner. Property owners are responsible for delivering the services advertised.
