Cancellation policies explained
Every property on BedSeo sets its own cancellation terms. Here's how they work.
Flexible cancellation
Free cancellation up to a set date (usually 3–7 days before check-in). After that deadline, partial or full charges may apply. The refund date shown in your confirmation tells you exactly when money will return to your account.
Non-refundable rates
Some properties offer lower prices with no refunds if you cancel. These are clearly labeled "non-refundable" at checkout. You receive the lowest rate in exchange for forfeiting the flexibility to change your mind.
How to cancel
Log into your BedSeo account, go to Bookings, and select the reservation you want to cancel. Follow the cancellation flow to submit your request. You'll see the refund amount instantly.
